Chef Antonio Pinzon is proud to bring the authentic flavors of Spain to Sydney, NSW, through his mobile catering service, Antonio's Paella. Specializing in crafting traditional Spanish paella on-site at your chosen venue, Antonio ensures a truly immersive and delicious experience for all guests.

Using only the finest quality ingredients, the paellas are prepared right in front of you, filling the air with the enticing aromas and vibrant colors of Spain. Whether it's a small gathering or a large celebration, the standard-size paella pans can cater to 20-25 people, offering a variety of mouth-watering options.

The menu features classic favorites such as Paella Mixta, Paella de Mariscos, Paella Negra, Paella de Verduras, and Paella de Pollo y Chorizo. Antonio's Paella also accommodates most dietary requirements, ensuring everyone at the event can savor the rich, comforting taste of paella.

To complement the paellas, an array of side dishes is available, including fresh salads, delectable desserts, and a grazing platter.

PAELLA MIXTA (GF)

A fragrant and flavourful dish, with saffron infused Bomba rice and a harmonious blend of spices, cooked with Spanish chorizo, chicken, calamari, black mussels, prawns, peas, beans and capsicum

PAELLA DE MARISCOS (GF)

Enjoy the flavours of the sea with Bomba rice cooked in homemade seafood stock, with fish, Balmain bugs, calamari, prawns, baby octopus, clams & black mussels

PAELLA NEGRA (GF)

Black & Beautiful, this black infused Bomba rice with calamari, prawns, mussels, peas and capsicum served with homemade aioli brings a delightful blend of flavours

PAELLA DE VERDURAS (GF, V)

A wonderful explosion of colours from red & yellow capsicum, peas, beans, asparagus, artichokes, chargrilled zucchini & mushrooms gives a vegan alternative without compromising on flavour

PAELLA DE POLLO Y CHORIZO (GF)

This chicken & chorizo paella showcases tender chicken pieces marinated in Spanish spices, authentic Spanish chorizo, mushrooms, peas, beans & capsicum

After having Antonio look after us for my mum’s 60th birthday celebrations today, I could not recommend him more highly.

I did ZERO cooking today and it was glorious. Antonio took care of it all, and looked after my guests well. It was so interesting to watch on and learn more about paella as he cooked it in front of us.

We’ve known Anton and his family for years and have always enjoyed the variations of paella dishes they served in their parties — needless to say, it’s definitely a crowd pleaser and a highlight in any occasion. Our family favourite is paella negra, with seafood coming as close second. We are stoked that more people can experience the best paella in town!
